After having the roles for the group delegated out the first job for me is to write up a requirement list for the materials and shots necessary for the project.
Group meetings with everyone present Building work on Humber Street (and the surrounding areas?) Dynamic shots of group members participating Potential video work (candid/funny for outtakes video) Images that could be used for promotional materials (Shoebox Productions social media) Images to demonstrate process and provide context to group or individual decisions Interactions with businesses and the people on Humber Street Work within HSAD demonstrating communication, cooperation and achievement Landmark events to show delineation of time/progression from each stage of the project
More areas can be included when necessary or given opportunity, however to start with this is probably a decent jump off point.
I have recently purchased the full Adobe package on a student licence, so any required editing or clean up work can be done both while at HSAD and at home.
The process shouldn't be too difficult since I already have a lot of the needed equipment such as a digital SLR camera, tripod, etc. Any surplus requirements will either need to be brought or borrowed from the audio/visual stores at HSAD.
