Looking at future developments for the project once the filming and photography has been completed gives scope to add to the final product once it has been published.
Additional elements can be added at a later stage once deadlines are met, and there is sufficient time to fully integrate new strands that can add value to the product.
360 Degree Videos
I have been looking at the possibility of using 360 Degree Videos in a number of ways over the last few months, and feel that this is something that can be added to the product.

These can live as individual products or be integrated into the video as an interactive element which allows the user to delve deeper into the area that is being focused on.
An example of the uses for 360 Degree Video can be demonstrated by the video from the Sydney Opera House hosted on YouTube.
By taking additional footage, we would be able to add a new technology to the final video product, and setting it apart from other videos.
Cameras are already available to do this work, at a relatively inexpensive cost, with GoPro, Ricoh and Samsung all having products that are capable of doing this to a very high standard.
Interactive Content
I have been looking at ways in which we can add additional content to the final product, and through discussions with Sally, I have been looking at Wirewax.
Wirewax
This product can be used to add additional external content to a video hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. This additional content could be photos, video, text, or maps, which can add to the storytelling functionality of the video.
Major companies such as Sony, Honda and Ted Baker are already users of the product, and to take advantage of it's full functionality it will incur costs, but we can demonstrate the potential of it by using the limitations of the free account.
