The final documentary will be published in May once the two edits have been completed, and the location of the video has been discussed.
Previously, videos have been hosted on YouTube and Vimeo, so a suitable platform needs to be selected.

YouTube allows for a maximum video time of 15 minutes for standard users which is more than adequate for the final product. YouTube hosts many millions of files of varying types, and is a well recognised platform in which to host a video.

Vimeo has no maximum video time but restricts the size of the file to 512mb. In tests, the file size exported from Premiere Pro is well within these parameters. Vimeo does restrict the maximum upload in a 7 day period to 500mb, but again this is well within the file size requirements.
During our sessions, we have discussed the advantages and disadvantages of both platforms, and we have decided to host our video on Vimeo. Vimeo is smaller platform, but gives everything that is required to host our video. YouTube is a platform that contains lots of videos, but with the use of advertising in some cases, we felt that we wanted our product to be free of that element of the service.
